Nothing is more important to us and our employees than the safety of the students on our buses. With training programs to driver recruitment and our maintenance program, safety is our top priority.

New Hires Once we have potential recruits, we start by training them in our extensive training classes that lead them to obtain their Commercial Driver’s License. Once they obtain that license, we continue to provide them with an ongoing development program with skilled personnel such as special needs instruction, individual skill training, among other topics that’s roughly 4 weeks.

Veteran Drivers Beyond the first training they receive, monthly safety meetings and driver evaluations are conducted. Our safety meetings give us the opportunity to discuss a wide range of topics such as inclement weather driving tips, new state laws, safety issues concerning each location, and how to better serve the school district.

Vehicle Preventative Maintenance For over 40 years we have committed and maintained our vehicle maintenance program adapting with innovation. Our mechanics have years of experience and consistently assess each vehicle and technology needs for those vehicles.
